KYN61-40.5(Z) 型鎧裝移開式交流金屬封閉開關(guān)柜 ( 以下簡(jiǎn)稱開關(guān)柜 ) 系三相交流 50Hz，額定電壓 40.5kV 的戶內(nèi)成套配電裝置。作為發(fā)電廠、變電站及工礦企業(yè)接受和分配電能之用。對(duì)電路起到控制、保護(hù)和檢測(cè)等功能，還可用于頻繁操作的場(chǎng)所。 

本開關(guān)柜符合 GB/T11022-1999、GB3906-1991 及 DL404-1997 等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 

KYN61-40.5(Z) Armored Removable AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as Switchgear) is a three-phase AC 50Hz indoor complete power distribution device with a rated voltage of 40.5kV. As power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises to receive and distribute electricity. It can control, protect and detect circuits, and can also be used in places with frequent operations. 

This switch cabinet complies with GB/T11022-1999, GB3906-1991, DL404-1997 and other standards.

正常使用環(huán)境 Normal operating environment

◇ 周圍空氣溫度 Ambient air temperature：溫度 maximum temperature+40℃ ; 低溫度 minimum temperature -15℃。

◇ 相對(duì)濕度 Relative humidity：日平均相對(duì)濕度 daily average relative humidity：≤ 95%, 

◇ 日平均水蒸氣壓力不超過 The daily average water vapor pressure shall not exceed2.2kPa；

◇ 月平均相對(duì)濕度 Monthly average relative humidity：≤ 90%, 

◇ 月平均水蒸氣壓力不超過 The monthly average water vapor pressure shall not exceed1.8kPa； 

◇ 海拔高度 Altitude：1000m 以下 below。 

◇ 地震烈度 Earthquake intensity：不超過 no more than8 度 degrees。 

◇ 周圍空氣應(yīng)不受腐蝕性或可燃?xì)怏w、水蒸氣等明顯污染。 

Ambient air shall not be obviously polluted by corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, etc. 

◇ 無劇烈振動(dòng)場(chǎng)所 No violent vibration place。 

◇ 超出 GB3906 規(guī)定的正常條件下使用時(shí)，由用戶和制造廠協(xié)商。

主要特點(diǎn) Main features 

◇ 柜體結(jié)構(gòu)采用組裝式，斷路器采用手車落地式結(jié)構(gòu)； 

◇ 配用新復(fù)合絕緣真空斷路器，并具有互換性好更換簡(jiǎn)單之特點(diǎn)； 

◇ 手車車架中裝有絲杠螺母推進(jìn)機(jī)構(gòu)，可輕松移動(dòng)手車，并防止誤操作而損壞推進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)； 

◇操作均可在柜門關(guān)閉狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行； 

◇ 主開關(guān)、手車、開關(guān)柜門之間的聯(lián)鎖均采用強(qiáng)制性機(jī)械閉鎖方式，滿足“五防”功能； 

◇ 電纜室空間充裕，可連接多根電纜； 

◇ 快速接地開關(guān)用于接地和回路短路； 

◇ 外殼防護(hù)等級(jí) IP3X，手車室門打開狀態(tài)下，防護(hù)等級(jí) IP2X; 

◇ 產(chǎn)品符合 GB3906-1991、DL404-1997 及參照采用 IEC-298 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 

◇ The cabinet body structure adopts assembly type, and the circuit breaker adopts handcart floor type structure; 

◇ Equipped with brand-new composite insulated vacuum circuit breaker, with good interchangeability and easy replacement. 

◇ The frame of the handcart is equipped with a screw and nut propulsion mechanism, which can easily move the handcart and prevent misoperation from damaging the propulsion structure; 

◇ All operations can be performed when the cabinet door is closed; 

◇ The interlock between the main switch, handcart and switch cabinet door adopts mandatory mechanical locking to meet the "five prevention" function; 

◇ Cable room has plenty of space and can connect multiple cables; 

◇ Quick grounding switch is used for grounding and short circuit of circuit; 

◇ The protection level of the shell is IP3X, and the protection level is IP2X when the handcart door is open; 

◇ The product conforms to GB3906-1991, DL404-1997 and adopts international IEC-298 standard by reference.
